Manhattan grand jury indicts Trump in hush-money case

A New York grand jury voted to indict Donald Trump over business records tied to the reimbursement of Michael Cohen following the 2016 payment to Stormy Daniels. Prosecutors charged 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. Trump pleaded not guilty. At this stage the charges were allegations, not findings of guilt.
