Stormy Daniels describes alleged 2006 encounter
Daniels has publicly alleged that she and Trump had a sexual encounter in 2006. Trump has consistently denied having sex with her. The allegation later became politically consequential because of an agreement and payment made shortly before the 2016 presidential election. The alleged encounter is not established as a judicial finding; the documented payment and subsequent business-records prosecution are separate matters.
