Federal housing discrimination lawsuit filed
The Justice Department sued Trump Management, Fred Trump, and Donald Trump, alleging racial discrimination in apartment rentals. The complaint described differential treatment of Black applicants. These were allegations in a civil enforcement action, not criminal convictions.
