Privacy Policy

Overview

Kakistocracy Files respects the privacy of its visitors. This policy explains what information may be collected through this website and how it is used.

Information You Provide

If you use the contact form, you may provide information such as your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used only to respond to your communication and operate the website.

Google Search Console and Google OAuth

Kakistocracy Files uses Google OAuth to allow an authorized site administrator to connect the website's administrative SEO tools to Google Search Console. The application requests access only as needed to manage Search Console information for website properties controlled by the administrator, including submitting and managing sitemap information.

Google account authorization is used for site administration and is not offered as a public sign-in service. Kakistocracy Files does not sell Google user data or use Google account information for advertising.

Data Sharing

Personal information submitted directly to Kakistocracy Files is not sold. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate the website, deliver email, maintain hosting, or provide services requested by the site administrator.

Security and Retention

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the website. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or for website administration.

Revoking Google Access

An authorized Google user may revoke the site's Google account access at any time through the security settings of that Google account. Revoking access prevents the site from making further authorized Google Search Console requests until access is granted again.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the website or its services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its revision date.
